Today we are launching our very first WordPress security survey. The aim of this survey is to understand how WordPress administrators and owners view and manage basic security tasks on their WordPress websites. While we have carried out surveys in the past, this survey is perhaps more ambitious than what we have previously done.
What’s in it for you?
We have designed this survey with our customers and the WordPress community in mind. While security remains an important topic, it is often seen as a black box with no easy way to understand whether your efforts go the distance.
We also understand that the products and services we offer must meet the demands and requirements of customers and help them address pain points in an accessible way. To this end, through your participation in the survey, you can expect us to:
Offer you better insights
We believe that knowledge is one of the best tools administrators can leverage to secure their WordPress websites. By understanding the state of WordPress security, we can offer better insights by sharing our findings with our customers. This can enable everyone to learn how their security practices compare to the community at large and take the necessary steps to improve their security. All data will be anonymized before it is processed and will remain in full compliance with GDPR.
Offer you better products
At WP White Security, we are very passionate about WordPress security and consider this to be one of our core competencies. We believe that good security products should be available to everyone and put incredible effort into our free plugins. Equally, we realize that the better we understand our customers, the more we can shape our products to suit your needs.
Offer you better customer support
Our customer support team often has to work blindly, troubleshooting issues in vastly different environments that are outside our control. This can lead to a bit of back and forth until we get a clear picture of what is happening. While our reviews tell us we are doing a good job, we still want to improve, starting with getting a better sense of our customers’ security.
Offer you better content
Publishing value-driven content is very important for us. It allows us to share our knowledge directly with the community, helping everyone gain knowledge about different aspects of WordPress management and security. To this end, by getting a better understanding of what the situation is in live deployments, we can create and publish more relevant content that is helpful and reflects the needs of the community.

The survey is short and shouldn’t take more than a couple of minutes to complete. We understand that everyone’s time is important, so we are sweetening the deal with some sweet giveaways.
